By accessing the SACIA website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Availability

When you place an order, you may receive an automated WhatsApp message asking you to confirm it. Your order is considered confirmed only after you confirm it through WhatsApp. For InstaPay and Vodafone Cash orders, confirmation also requires successful payment verification.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SACIA will contact the customer to discuss available options.

Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.

SACIA may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed, while respecting applicable consumer protection requirements. Discounts, promotional offers, and bundle prices are valid according to the terms and period stated for each offer. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery is expected within 7 days from order confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside SACIA’s reasonable control. Returns, exchanges, and manufacturing defect claims are handled according to the SACIA Return & Exchange Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

Product Details & Natural Materials

SACIA aims to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and material information as accurately as possible. Our products may use natural leather, natural suede, premium fabrics, and premium hardware, as specified on each product page.

Because natural leather and natural suede are natural materials, slight variations in color shade, texture, grain, and surface markings may occur from one product to another. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear online. These minor variations are natural characteristics of the materials and do not necessarily indicate a defect. They do not, however, excuse a material difference between the product advertised and the product delivered.

The specific materials used in each bag will be clearly stated on its product page. Please refer to the individual product description for the materials and features of that particular item.

Intellectual Property

All SACIA branding, logos, product photographs, website content, and original designs are owned by SACIA or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Use & Changes

Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and not to misuse the website or submit fraudulent orders. SACIA may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary; the latest version will be published on the website.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable Egyptian laws and regulations. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.
