Delivery Time

SACIA orders are delivered within 7 days from order confirmation. An order is considered confirmed once the customer confirms it through SACIA's official WhatsApp confirmation message.

Delivery Fees

EGP 100 — Main delivery zones

• First Settlement and Fifth Settlement
• Nasr City
• Heliopolis
• Maadi
• Downtown Cairo
• Dokki
• Mohandessin
• New Cairo and nearby areas, including Rehab, subject to delivery coverage

EGP 150 — Outer delivery zones

• Madinaty
• El Shorouk
• Obour
• 6th of October
• Sheikh Zayed
• Other outer areas outside our main delivery zones, subject to confirmation

If your location is not listed above, please contact SACIA on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery fee before your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

On the scheduled shipping day, SACIA will contact the customer by phone call or message to confirm availability. Orders will only be dispatched after the customer confirms that they are available to receive the delivery.

If the customer is unavailable, the order will not be dispatched until a suitable delivery arrangement is confirmed.
